That will depend on every house, but all prices, ameneties and exeptions are described in the description of every available room.

What if something breaks or there’s a problem at home ?

You can contact us directly — we’ll take care of any issues quickly, whether it’s a maintenance problem or something else. We’re here to make your stay worry-free.

What exactly do you manage in my property ?

Everything — from finding and screening tenants, to managing contracts, rent payments, maintenance issues and communication. You only need to confirm the rent has arrived.
