Most of our houses are shared by international students, digital nomads, or young professionals. We try to create safe, respectful and culturally diverse environments.
Are bills included in the monthly rent ?
That will depend on every house, but all prices, ameneties and exeptions are described in the description of every available room.
What if something breaks or there’s a problem at home ?
You can contact us directly — we’ll take care of any issues quickly, whether it’s a maintenance problem or something else. We’re here to make your stay worry-free.
What exactly do you manage in my property ?
Everything — from finding and screening tenants, to managing contracts, rent payments, maintenance issues and communication. You only need to confirm the rent has arrived.

It depends on several factors such as the level of involvement you’re looking for, the type of property, and how many units you want us to manage. We’d be happy to walk you through it in a short call and tailor a plan that works best for you.
